About Rocha Brava

Rocha Brava was developed by a well known British company: Trafalgar House plc.

The construction started in 1983, the first buildings were the restaurant, one of the detached villas and the semi-detached villas around the main pool area.

There are 410 units:

378 are apartments, town houses and semi detached villas. There are also 33 detached villas with private swimming pool, gardens and garages.

Many units have been sold under the quarter share scheme.

The main services on offer at the resort are:

• 3 outdoor pools (one is heated in Winter)
